This “change your life” challenge is your opportunity to work with me and my team to finally put all of the pieces together. Diet & exercise, and maybe most importantly, mindset.

This is a fitness challenge that can change you as a person. We’re looking for more than aesthetic changes, we want lifestyle change.

The CYL challenge is meant to instill the habits that make successful goal attainment, regardless of the goal, possible. Step by step you will develop the behaviors that make up a healthy lifestyle.

This is more than just exercise and nutrition, its accountability, too.

I’ve told the story of how training changed my life. Now I’ve outlined the steps that you can follow to change yours.

This is a fitness challenge like no other. We are focusing on HABITS that will change your IDENTITY!

It goes deeper than what you look like, and gets to the core of you as a person.

I want people to build healthy habits because it’s the only way that you can change your life! I changed my life, and I’ve helped countless other people to change their lives. Now I’m challenging you to do the same!
