Meet Dan
Dan Cenidoza is a personal trainer and owner of Baltimore Kettlebell Club. A former overweight, depressed, drug addict, Dan changed his life through exercise by the Grace of God. He is has a degree in exercise science, is a certified Leadership Coach through CBMC and is the 2007 winner of the Maryland Strongest Man competition. Dan and his wife Jessica have been married for 21 years and have 5 children together.

For three decades, exercise has been my life's bedrock. I've lived and breathed it, training myself and others. For 14 years, I've owned this gym, and strength and conditioning have been my laboratory.
But I used to leave your nutrition entirely up to you. Big mistake. I assumed you knew how to eat, and that you had it handled. Sound familiar? It turns out most people are lost in a sea of bad habits and misinformation, unsure how to truly fuel their bodies for power and change.
